3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms

This home is absolutely breathtaking! The home appears to be completely supported by glass walls for a completely unobstructed view. You can’t find homes like this one very often! The home is full of disappearing walls of glass that allow the outdoors to blend seamlessly with the interior of the home!

The interior of the home is just as impressive as your first impression. This ultra modern contemporary abode showcases the design work of husband & wife team Austin Kelly & Monika Haefelfinger of XTEN Architecture in Culver City. The home was designed for noted fashion designer Randolph Duke and completed in 2007. The home was dubbed as the Openhouse by the architects, and was even showcased on the cover of the December 2007 Architectural Digest. The home also won the AIA 2007 Best Residential Design Award.

The property offers several 10 ft high glass panels virtually disappear erasing any indoor/outdoor boundaries.  The views from basically any angle are spectacular.

The large deck spaces make superb entertaining spaces with their outdoor fireplaces and outdoor seating.

The interior fireplaces are equally gorgeous with their elegant stone details and modern design – this property is breathtaking!
